Fat tails need a somewhat temperate climate with med to high humidity and leopards need a desert climate , hot and dry, so NO.

for all reptiles mixing species is very bad. even if they come from the same climate one may carry a parasite that doesn't harm them but might kill a different species. i wouldn't do it.
