This is my first question last night I shut off my laptop just fine nothing wrong with it, however this morning when I turned it on the screen started blinking when windows start up but once after it reachs the desktop its fine and runs fine for the rest of the time, So here is my question my dad last night gave me a hand held scanner could this be causing this problem since i know CB radios do interfer with it or is it just some problem in the laptop itself? also if there is some kind of computer guy out there that can help me with this that is in the plymouth indiana area please email me under the same name that is showing here. Also I have one other question has anyone rented a computer through the rental store Arron's? if so were they good and how do they work as in payments or if someone could lead me the right way to a good but cheap desktop computer, come on guys I am counting on someone out there to help me out LOL Merry Christmas

It may be a virus or spyware. Do a scan. Use AVG. Its free and effective!
It could be interference but it shouldn't happen if the hand held scanner is turned off!
