I would have to Vanessa Anne Hudgens because she did an outstanding job in High School Musical and a new actress that got a breakthrough role. Hilary Duff is kind of getting old with her songs and filmography. Happy Holidays!! :)

well, hilary doesnt know how to cry she's not really good at drama and i personaly think shes kind of fake, but hilary has been acting before vanessa so idk. but they r both really pretty though.
