How can add animation effects to my blog?

My blog is hosted by blogspot.com.
Plese tell how I can make changes in the layout, template, other setting, add hyperlinks using pictures, animations, etc.

There are a lot of restrictions on Blogspot. You can go to Settings --> Template and edit it there and try to add your pictures and hyperlinks. You need to have a good knowledge of
