yes its a good investment .. as BTM lay out is a fast developed area ... for that matter any part of Bangalore is worth investing as this city growning at a phenominal rate... the prices of sites and apartments have become astronomical.... wonder how middle class people can afford a decent accommodation... just type bangalore india on google and btm layout..

BTM Layout is developed area, and not far away from the city proper. Any place in Bangalore is not a bad investment today.
