if you're 100% sure that you're DEFINITELY not pregnant, it can be one of the following:
-you have some sort of an abscess or inflamation. Does the skin around nipples appear in any way unusual? are they painful to the touch?
If not, is there any unusual bump inside your breast that hasn't been there always? If yes, get yourself tested for breast cancer.
If not, you might have just given them a rough treatment. Have you had sex and was your partner touching them a lot? Sometimes that provokes fluid coming out of them.
Did you go through some serious hormonal changes recently (like the end of puberty, ovulation, start or stop taking the pills etc)?
That might sometimes have this effect also.
In any case, I suggest you to visit a gynecologist.

I know one of the things you are supposed to check for when you do your breast self exam is discharge. Not to scare you, but you should make an appointment to see your doctor.
Breast leakage does not occur in pregnany until the second trimester (12wks-26wks pregnant) so if you were pregnant and that was the cause you would most likely have known for awhile now.

Probably not since she was not breast fed and you probably used drugs to dry up your lactation glands. It is possible but unlikely that a spike in your hormonal cycle could prompt a prelactic phase. You absolutely must see your Gyn as soon as possible and note any other symptoms as well. Take your temperature regularly and make that appointment.

Do you take any hormones? I know that the mini pill can cause this but I would definately take a trip to the doctors for a blood test as this isn't something that is meant to happen.
You can never be to safe

Maybe you are pregnant! You know you can be pregnant without any symptoms I knew one lady who was a plus size woman and she just assumed that she was gaining weight and didn't know she was pregnant until she had the baby. Go to the doctor.

I think you should get yourself a pregnancy test. Sounds like you could be pregnant and not know it yet. I hope that things work out for you. Merry Christmas!!!
