I have a small advertising services company. I have several clients that I work for, but I have time to do business for others. All my known people that I ask are finished, I tried to make B2B presentations, I have I website, I make several promotion discounts, but I cannot find new clients. If you have any other ideas, I would very much appreciate your help. Thanks!!!

lol, you can't be serious.
If you are serious you better give value first. forget about discounting. Who wants to stake their companies future on the cheapest price.
Try some of the following, Give a speech about advertising anywhere you can. You might have to have an inexpensive lunch catered in and have key prospects invited.
Try a newsletter. Become well known in your community.
Join a networking club like BLI.

Are you telling us you have an advertising company, but you don't know how to advertise your own business?
Go to some office complexes and distribute flyers. Attend some networking events at the Chamber of Commerce or others in your community. Cultivate referrals from your current satisfied clients - ask them for names of others and contact them.

try making business cards and go canvasing in your area. make flyer's to leave in doors. i would try that you may get alot more people especially if word of mouth gets around. also have samples of your work so they can see how it is, when you go door to door or make flyer's and they want to see your work before committing.
