http://www.walgreens.com/storelocator/find.jsp then just click on cartridge refill locations. they will all be listed. you can even find locations that are open 24 hours, drive through etc.

You can also try CVS, I think they refill ink cartrigdes also. Maybe try Office Depot, or Office Max.
