im mean it has a google checkout and a pay buy paypal method but how do i check if its a real website of if its just a scam where they take your money and dont send you anything

not not ebay sotre like regular store. like for example kmart.com is trustworhty becasue its kmart its widely know. but what about website like getstuffreallycheap.com?? how do u cehck thoses?

To check for transaction safety of an online store go into the shopping portion of the site. You'll notice the http:// in the browser will change to https://. This means there is a level of security aka SSL. Right off the bat this demonstrates legitimacy. Also look for BBBonline, eTrust or other verification.

E-mail them and ask for a phone #, then call, if all the get is
a recorded message, I would be very leary. Most ebay stores
as regular ebay has a feedback forum, check that also. The big-
ger there transaction number the better chance they are O.K.

If their email or customer support ends with websitename@websitename.com is real
websitename@hotmail.com is a fake.
