Not every sexual expression means the same to each person.
It could be one of several interpretations; it could be that she wants power over her partner, the ability to do whatever she wants to them, and their willingness to be 'degraded' gives her a rush of power that excites and arouses her.
On the other hand, it could be that her need for acceptance is taken to such a strong degree that, only in being able to express such a shameful act, and her partner still desiring her, is her self-esteem sustained and nurtured.
Another explanation is that she identifies (or was made to identify) peeing with 'naughty' or taboo subjects. Thus, the act of peeing on her partner allows her to identify (and thus engage) all taboo subjects with her partner. It could also be a combination of all these, and something else.
In addition, the more one partner allows and/or encourages the other's desires, the stronger the bond of intimacy is created. So it could be the act of performing a 'taboo' act on her partner serves as a test of their 'desire'/respect/compatibility for her.
It's kinda like if one partner likes black lingerie (my preference). If I was dating someone who refused to wear it ever, I would feel as if my desires and/or needs were not important to the relationship or my partner. Consequently, I would be less inclined to indulge in her pet fetishes and desires, since why should I only 'give' to my partner and not receive. A rift would develop, and most likely the relationship would not be a lasting or happy one.
In some ways, our sexual 'secrets' are the strongest indicators of our compatibility with someone. The more our partner respects, or even similarly desires, the same things as we do, not only is our own sense of self nurtured, but the relationship is nurtured as well. It seems like you two were simply incompatible.

Some people are into what is known as "scat". This means they get aroused by peeing and/or pooing on or with their partner. Although I don't personally see the appeal, it doesn't mean she has issues with men. It is your choice as a partner to participate, and if you feel degraded, don't! But as long as the parties involved are consenting adults and they are careful about cleaning up, it is a harmless sexual kink and nothing more.

It can have something to do with domination. Or it could be that it's a taboo thing, much like having sex in public.
And some people like being dominated or being humiliated. Kinks are like that. There's nothing wrong or right about why someone likes or doesn't like something. If she can find someone that likes what she does she's lucky.

It's all just fantasy and being kinky and many get turned on by such as act. It's nothing to do with her degrading you or any men.
