Whomever the writers/bookers decide to win, because that's the way professional wrestling works. They could have Doink the Clown come out of retirement and win the championship if they thought it would get a positive reaction from the fans and greater buyrate for the PPV's.
And did you notice you only named 5 people for your "6-way battle royal"?

OK...first hhh, cena, and carlito, will team up against Orton and edge....then at the end it would be hhh and cena...which cena wins and regains his title!

i think i would come down to cena and Orton then Orton goes for a clothesline and cena ducks and pulls down the rope eliminating Orton.
