You can call it a bird, since I live at the Naval Air Facility in McMurdo, Antarctica, just got out of the igloo for a few minutes to roast a penguin, there are no turkeys here..hehe

Nope, our family does Mexican food for Christmas! It is a nice change from turkey and ham that we serve on Thangsgiving.
