My son actually got one of those antworks...fascinations...gel ant farms too....i was looking for this question too...tell me if you find anything out. I was going to order some online also but it says it may take 3-4 weeks due to it being winter. I think I am more interested in this thing than my son... I WANT ANTS.... hehehe

ants tend to come indoors for the winter season. just leave some food out on the counter. you should have no problem getting them in.

some sugar or food put outside...preferably someplace you saw ants in the summer....it may take a while to draw them out, just be patient.

the queen is important, if you just cage up regular ants they will shortly die, you should order a colony
