Keith has had more years now. That too is a factor. George was/is a great musician as well. It's clearly up to each person answering this poll. I personally like George's style and influence a bit more. I think Keith is also very talented too. Can I split my vote here?

It depends, Keith Richards is primarily a rythm guitarist, wareas, George Harrison, was a lead guitarist,with both the Beatles, and Tarveling Wilburries, as well as in his solo career, as for the Stones the lead guitar is played by Ron Wood,(present) and in the past Mick Taylor and Brian Jones.
