Not on see shore - sea level will raise about 6 meters, covering Holland, Manhattan, Shanghai and so on.
Not in developed areas, like Central Europe, or Central USA, as these areas will be flowed by refugees.
Not in under developed countries (like Africa) as they will remain without food and drinking water.
So probably somewhere like Nepal: High up, far from the sea, far from large populations.
