I have a thorough plan. that is it. Ears pinned decrease back ? good. bypass as a lot because the guy - do not shout from a distance - and utter those correct words "Why do you save throwing products of paper at me ?"

Where are you when he throws the paper? Class? Work? Well either way, my guess is, that it is his "awkward" attempt to flirt.
Not very mature or charming, but, maybe its the best he can manage. Especially if he is super shy. (Do you like him?) hehe

He is attracted to her and is perhaps too shy to say so and so is flirting, or is simply unaware of his feeling and so (unconsciously) sublimates his energy into throwing the paper.
