Well, this is a tough question to answer. Seeing as how TNA does have more athletic, charismatic, younger superstars, you'd think they would win, but WWE has been looking into getting some younger guys, too. WWE relies too heavily on the older superstars, like HHH, HBK, Batista, Edge, Booker T, Finlay, Big Show, RVD, Sabu, Ric Flair, etc. But, seeing as how they have brought in guys like Shelton Benjamin, Randy Orton, Brian kendrick, paul london, and lots of others, they could be dominant with younger superstars, especially since TNA has started to use the older guys more often. There is really no right answer to this question, though. I mean, it is "Who Would Win in a fight, TNA or WWE?" We will not see this too soon, and we haven't seen what either company has in for the other, not yet. Plus, it would be who the writers wanted to win. An actual fight would be different, though.

hmm interesting question...
It would be one hell of a match and as much as i love TNA i think the WWE would win if it wasn't fixed, think about it like this; they have Kane, The Undertaker, Umaga, Khali, Batista; they are majorly strong, the best the TNA could put against them would be Abyss, as good as he is there isn't a team in the verse that could back him up against the WWE's heavy artillery.
if however it was a battle of the fast people TNA would win, though it would be an incredible battle, if it was mixed, all bets are off; anything could happen.

WWE got more guys than TNA , in an all out street brawl . WWE would win.

I would say TNA because though they have a smaller roster, they have the Olymipic Gold Medalist, Kurt Angle.

personally i say tna because they have the x-division and the action and they give what their fans what they want to see. and that is what vince should do but no hes just too worried of making money.

If we see wrestling as a bussines, Vince would use his money to buy a victory.
But if we see it as if it were real, TNA would win but it would be tough.

i also prefer tna simply because of guys like aj styles , petey williams andsamoa joe so i think tna would win
