I have like 4 computers that are made of "Compaq" and I think that I install the wrong set.
After I install it in the computer the disc 1, the computer freaze and now I try to install the correct cd which is windows XP pro and the comp. wont recognize it. I try to remove the hardrive and it wont do nothing.
Does anybody knows if I have to buy a new computer or change anything else?
Because if I turn it on, (when ever you turn the comp. ON the computer will tell you to press F1 or F10 to set it up....I do that and it just go to a black screen showing a dot or what ever that is FLASHING..ASAP..ASAP...PLZ

Did you change the boot order in the computer BIOS? Change the order of the drives so that the computer boots from the CD/DVD drive first and insert the recovery CD into the drive and reboot. The computer should run the recovery CD then.
