Yes, the six episodes that have aired so far can be found here: http://www.dailymotion.com/ShinJin/break . ABC has cancelled Day Break, but it has said that it will air the remaining seven episodes online. Due to music clearance issues, posting those episodes has been delayed (see source link), but they will eventually be posted here: http://dynamic.abc.go.com/streaming/landing . That, however, will only be for people within the United States; if you aren't in the United States, you'll have to wait for others to post the episodes once they are released online.

Any of the shows that have already aired should be available on www.abc.com.
But don't get too into it, it was cancelled on December 15.
