I've had dreams, "intuition", deja vu, knowing when things are going to happen *like when playing cards, I can sometimes predict which card will come up next, without trying to predict it, like don't worry about that card, pick up the three.. "um what three" flip the card... "Oh.." So is this coincidence or is there a flair? Can someone dream of things that happen EXACTLY like their dream as a means of premonition? Am I merely re-constructing things subconsiously? Will I ever learn to spell?

I believe we are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.

i have always had deja vu situations in my life...i have dreamed of situations which at that time would be stupid to even think of, but later on have faced them exactly like in my dreams....only my dreams cut off at the moment of decision so that part is left to real life....i just don't know if there is any way to hone this so that i can weed out the actual weird dreams from the ones that may come true later....

I know exactly what you are talking about. It truly can be used mostly to protect you from bad circumstances. My mother used to dream the future all the time. She was so good at it that my Dad would take her to the track just about every day. Their average daily wins were $600. She knew nothing about the track or horses. This was like 30 years ago. One day I came home from school to find Track security at me house questioning mom and dad about what the track thought might be a scam. Eventually, she had a stroke and all her "dreams" went away.
I find that people like you or my mom or myself are really just very intuitive about our surroundings. Don't get to dependent. Merry Christmas.

I think that everyone is a little bit of both psychic and nuts! From what you said, I think that you have some psychic abilitities and they are trying to lead you to something. You should try to work on your abilities - you might be able to use them to do something good for others. Good luck

I think everyone has a little psychic ability, some stronger than others. There are ways for you to hone your ability. And in the meantime, if you have a feeling about something, listen to it.

Extraordinary circumstances require extraordinary proof.

The human imagination is a wonderful thing. You apparently have a very keen one. Doesn't mean you're nuts.

I think if things come to you, then you are just gifted. I would say it could get crazy if someone tries too hard to be psychic or is obsessed with it.

If you really want to test if you're psychic, all you have to do is buy one ticket of the lottery. If you win, you're psychic, if you don't win, forget it.

People who are TRULY psychotic are usually the absolute LAST to know. You may have a wonderul GIFT of sight, but that by NO MEANS you're sick in a mental way...MOST folks have no conception that something is wrong, this is because like ANY disease, one of the largest deterents or depsite the requisite signs of mental illness. Of course, reading the DSM IV (the Diagnotis and Statiscual manual which is the "BIBLE" of diagnoses, one could certian put themselves in a variety of catagories, HOWEVER, the main difference is, they KNOW that perhaps sometihing might be wrong or they're just kiddign. With someone who is TRULY psychotic they have tell tale sighs they exhibit, much like the road that alcohollism takes one down. A few of them are, hanging with people you USUALLY would never have anything to do with. ( Speaking of BIPOLAR AFFECT, one could be seen stopping traffic with nothing but a pair of black socks on and a sears garden hose, wishing everyone well, as one pretends to douce the cars with the water of LIFE. By far some of the most difficult illnesses (and they are illnesses, these poor people did NOT wake up one day, yawn, order an egg mcMuffin and say to themselves.."GEE< I think I'll become stark raving made today. OR as you put it "just plain nuts" The difference lies in historical syntaxt. King George (aka "the MADNESS OF KING GEORGE" as considered "stark raving mad" Ergo, you're simply stating terminology from different time periods. Stark Raving Mad would dictate sort of the terminolog or moniker one might here or have heard in Victorian England or New England in the 1800
s, it's of course out of favour now, like the word Retarted was substituded with the more politically correct "Developemently Disabled, although, me favourite is Handicapable, as me friend from Cornell Ceil used to espouse, confined to a wheelchair, with a very harsh speech imepidment, etc. yet she always smiledand like oannieOakley alwaays said "I CAN DO ANYTHING BETTER THAN YOU!' and damned if she wasn't half way right

. THe person with the affliction, the most difficult (and usually made fun of on television) is a utterly misunderstood diesease which is called schizophrenia, which is often portrayed as an axe murdering type. In actuallity these poor souls suffer from occular and aural halicinations, and I would say if one could imagine the most terrifying nightmare you've ever had, then you're only an 1/16th of an understand of the unmitigated horror of schizphophrenia. ALthough they're are treatments, just like the disgusting, evil and greedy drug companies who KNOW it costs mere cents to produce anit aids drugs, the same goes for schizophrenia tx. The drugs are so expensive most cannot afford it, although some less evil pharamceuticals have programs that allow financially strapped people to get on the regime.

The largest failure of ANY anti psychotic prescription is, a bloke will start feeling better and go of his/her meds, which usually leads (in the case of bipolar disorder - a chemical imbalance in ones brain that causes almost hallucinatory highs to crushing lows (see the film Mr. Jones - Richard Gere, OR better yet, OR "A Beautiful Mind" with Russel Crowe who suffered from BOTH schizophrenia AND bipolar disease) to an even worse psychotic break from reality.

These are NIGHTMARISH diseases that no one asked for. They're are treatments available, but when one is truly insane, one doesn't realise it. Being "start raving mad" could mean anything, and I say they're is a big diference for if someone has the thought I'm start raing mad, it usually means they're NOT, and oft times don't need any medication. On the other hand, when you have BPDs, OCD's, PTSDS, Schizophrenics, CUTTERS and any other nighmarish existence you can conjure. The term "stark raving mad is sort of offensive and infintile, not meaning to diss, but you wake up with a voice in your head telling you to go out without clothes on, stand in a nice pool and introduce yourself as GOD, and you see how much you like it, and they very ill person who does NOT know they're very ill will do it. Until of course the state intervines in usually a brutal way as the police force gets about an HOUR of classes on mental illness, their affects, etc Even Psychatrists are medical doctors who don't really proivde the couch trips(see Doctor, they'res a HUGE CRACK DOWN MY ***, wha the hell is wrong with me).

Even the statement " I FEEL CRAZY" means usually that you're NOT crazy. For, it would take a sane person to make such an observation. I can tell you that with schizophrenia and going off ones meds, the WORST that an happen is suicide the BEST is a quiet uneventful where perhpas the person afllicted has a quiet day, meaning sitting quiet with nothing happening. It's sad, and sometimes hopeless, but not to the point of giving up. People with these disease are human beings, laughed at, taunted, made fun of and it's sickening. Ergo..rememer, Those who have these afflictions usually don't know it, OR unless quite an intervention is done, OR they kill themselves from the ABSOLUTE HORROR of voices and sights that are unknowable to us, thank God for that. THe ONLY difference between StarK Raving Mad, and Mentally is, is not polical correctnes and TIME and TIDE.

With continued treatment (TX), the right medication REGIME, etc. any of tese blokes can have a LOVELY LIFE ONe MUT ST ON ONE'S MEDS...uil the doctor says "You don't ned it anymore. Ergo...no difference, and next time you snicker at someone talking to themselves, looking unkept, remember the ODDS are in ALL of our favour to become so ILL that ILL doesn't cover it. IT COULD BE YOU MATE...and then STARK RAVING MAD, or Mentally ILL become one in the same, and as long as you're happy as the statment you made as a bit hard to decphier, but I woudln't worry about playing cards, and what may or may not be..I'd worry about living for today, for tommorow is only a vision, and yesterday is only a dream, but ****, today well lived can make every tommorow of vision of HOPE and EVERY today is money in the bank...and every worry, or what you may have or may not have is a waste of time, and the MERE fact you're asking means you're probably as healthy as any of us, which is of course a SCARY though. Be well and chill.
