What is the best way to clean my BSB ABEC 7 micro bearings ?

Also, do i need to open them up or is just lubricating them ok?

I use the Orange stuff. You can buy the small bottles from your local sporting goods store for like $5 or you can get the exact same stuff from Home Depot in a gallon jug for a few bucks more.

Don't try this without asking someone else, but I was told to soak them in gasoline and that would clean out dirt and old grease. Then you could add in new lube.

Spray them out with a good commercial degreaser or contact cleaner. Be sure to relubricate them on schedule.
