You can't download movies. It expands the bandwidth of your computer and the police will track you down and jail you. Just rent it or something. There are lots of pokemon movies out there, all you have to do is go to the local Blockbuster and rent it and watch it.

If I knew, I'd give you some help... But, unfortunately, the only way you'll get it (if you're looking for it in Japanese like the otaku dork I am...)is if you go to Japan and get it yourself. But, If you just want english go to a video store and buy it.(support your local business!!!!XD) but seriously, if you just want english, just rent it or something...
