If i wear a dressey white shiet w/ gray pants would baby blue eye shadow look
to clownish?

The idea of makeup is to enhance the look of the person, not look like you are "made up." Soften the amount of shadow but the baby blue should look good. Make sure the darker portion is in the center of the eye, only seen when the eye briefly closes.
Also, watch how much mascara you use as that will accentuate the eye shadow. Ever try the Maybaline blue mascara?

If you have blue eyes, blue eyeshadow will probably just make your eyes blend in. I would use neutrals and maybe some smoky colors. Using contrasting colors will bring your eyes out without looking clownish.

I would steer away from Blue and go more towards a smokey black/grey with maybe a touch of a silver shimmer on the upper corner of the lid! Make sure to blend really well and youll look great!

i wouldnt advise that. i would probably wear a light pale pink or a white color eye shadow and maybe if it looks good light blue but it should be verry light so it doesnt look really dark and clownish. i hope this makes sence and i hope it helps.

I like something a little more subtle, like a grey pencil to line your eyes, and black mascara, Maybe a little pearly ivory or beige shadow, but not too much shimmer. It really depends on your eye and hair color, and what occasion you're dressing for.

Depends on what shade of blue. If it is baby blue, it would look nice.

use a babyblue eyeshadow that has either a greyish pigment or s whitish. dont go with a babyblue eyeshadow has too much bright blue in it or too much silver.
