How do I put videos on my PSP?

Question

I Have a 1 Gig Memory Card
I have the video formated correctly
All I need to know is where/ in what to place the video file on the PSP.

If You Have The Latest PSP Firmware Update (over 2.0), There Should Be 'VIDEOS' Folder Just On Your Memory Stick Duo..
There Is Where You'll Need To Drag Your MP4 Movie Files To..

If You Have An Earlier Version Of A PSP, You'll Need To Put Your MP4 File In One Of The Folders Found In The 'MP_ROOT' Folder..
There, You'll Need To Rename The Files As 'MAQXXXXX'..
In Place Of The 'X's, Place Numbers, For Example:
Movie File 1 = MAQ00001
Movie File 2 = MAQ00002
etc..
(note that if it doesn't work in one of the folders found in the mp_root folder, try the other one..)
