Maybe you can try Mikayla Renee or just stick with Mikayla Mae/May.
Audrey Renee is so CUTE i love it, has a nice touch to it!

ok let's work on these.
Mikayla Mae? no. I like how u are trying to mix classic with modern, but it's not really working. Let's keep the Mae but change Mikayla. Let's see.... modern, yet complementing Mae..... how about: Sadie Mae? No that sounds like a dog. Cassie Mae? Perhaps. Callie Mae? That's kinda cute.. Ellie Mae? cute Madison Mae? Chandler Mae??
As for Audrey Renee....i'm sensing a rhyme scheme.. twins? :).....I have to say I'm not wild about either of those names. Hey, u asked. I can do Audrey, but Renee just sounds too old for a little girl. So what ends in that same sound..... Rae; Kay; Shea; Faye..... Audrey Kay is very cute. I really think u could do something creative with Rae, as well.

I like Audrey a lot...not fond of the middle name Renee...very 80's to me.
I am not a huge fan of Mikayla...any spelling...way too popular. Mae is a cute middle name...
How about Audrey Mae? or Audrey Mikayla?

I am not a fan of Renee.
I like Mikayla a lot, but not with another M middle name. It's too alliterative for me.
I like the name Audrey. How about Audrey Mae?

I like Audrey Renee the best...but Mikayla Mae is also very good although im not big on the "Mae" but it rolls off the tongue well.

I like the way they are pronounced but if you had to write it I would put Mikayla Mae not Michaela Mae because that is too hard for the young child to spell ~good luck and Happy Holidays!!

OMG! I totally love Audrey Renee, and Mikayla Mae is ok. I like Audrey Renee wayyy better tho!
