THe primary drive has 20GB,320GB on the new-secondary drive.

Your computer will not use the secondary drive automatically. You have to tell it every time you save a file to use the second drive.

Recommend you move your pictures, music, videos, etc. from the main drive to the secondary, and use the main drive only for running programs.

If you go to microsoft.com and search for "powertoys", you will find a program (free) called "tweakiu". It allows you to make all kinds of changes to your PC with just a check of a box in the tweak program. One of the options allows you to move your "My Documents" to the second drive. Then anything that currently saves into the My Documents would save to the secondary drive My Documents instead.

make sure that you are actually using the second drive. things aren't going to automatically save themselves to it unless you specify that. the message is probably saying that there is 640mb remaining on the primary drive. you could easily transfer data from one to the other if you want.
