im not totally sure but i dont see y not, i dont think lemons would hurt a rabbit. if it were me i wouldnt worry too much about it

Probably. But if it likes the taste, your rabbit will girdle your lemon tree. Put some nice, thick wire around the base, about a foot and a half high and a few inches deep, maybe with a skirt lying flat on the ground around the trunk so the rabbit can't dig to it.
