ides the rest of yr.

For me I feel down because working at Lord and Taylor as a temp for this holiday season again has taken all the fun out of the holiday, and etc.

Think thats it for now.

My daughter, Jessica, feels down this Christmas. I think it is because she is in a "limbo" part of her life. I think people, intelligent people, review their life at certain times and become unsatisfied. This is not always a bad thing. This can encourage a person to prioritize and motivate themselves to do things that will cause an effect. Christmas was a beginning of many things. Change was one of them.

The phenomena you refer to has many names, one of them being " Post-Christmas Let-down". Humans can only take so much overstimulation - we both get used to it and get worn out at the same time. When the overstimulation is over, then we realize that we are worn out while at the same time we have gotten used to the noise/people/speed/adreneline rush, which isn't there anymore.

I meditate every day. It helps me face the highs & lows with a more calm & positive attitude.

This phenomena will pass soon & things will return to "normal".

Peace on Earth, Goodwill toward All,

;-)

I was but not now,I got a call from my 3yr old Grandson(with his Mommy's help) telling me that he loves me and thanking me for his TMX Elmo and cowboy boots. That made the day brighter for me. I am sorry you aren't having the best of the season but Merry Christmas and a more Prosperous Happy New Year to you

I don't work and I feel down! Just do something you enjoy to make things better!
