I love Sophie Kinsella!
Try reading Girls Night In. It is a collection of short chicklit stories and she has one in there.

If you liked Kinsella, you would probably like Marian Keyes, too. Some of my favorites are "Sushi for Beginners", "Rachel's Holiday", or "Watermelon". She has a few others, as well and all of them are great!

although it sounds bad, try 'Chicks in Chainmail' it's a compilation of fantasy stories about women who can take care of themselves, and most of the stories were written by women.
