you may have the flu. you should probably call your docs office to ask them for better medical advice.

but for the time being try to eat bland food and not to move around so much.

Are you sure it can´t only be an upset stomach or something? I remember when I was pregnant the first time I had morning sickness till 4th month and shortly before I gave birth. But you really should see a doc, if you´ve never been morning sick you should make sure the baby´s alright!
Good luck and merry christmas though!

You may have a stomach virus or you may just be getting "morning sickness" a little late. Whichever, It won't hurt the baby just because you vomit. If you start running temp or losing more fluid than you take in, call your doctor.
Just make sure you stay hydrated. If you can't keep any water or other liquids down, make you some ice chips. They help with nausea and will keep liquid in your body.
Also try to stay cool, if you get too warm- it will trigger your nausea.
Good luck

You can get morning sickness during any time of your pregnancy.

So long as you dont have fever you are okay. If your fever is high and you cant get it to come down under 101 with tylenol then you need to go to the ER.

Stomach bugs, colds, and even the flu, and yes, sometimes even mild food poisoning, tend to be supportive treatment sicknesses, even when you are pregnant. This means that doctors wouldnt treat you with any medication, just advise you to support your system as it functions with rest, mild bland foods and water. Its fevers that pose a threat to your baby.

Stay hydrated and lay down to avoid unneeded cramps and contractions.

If you're concered call the ER or your doctor and ask what best to do.

first when you wake up eat dry carbohydrate and dont drink water on an empty stomach ,try to eat 6 snacks a day instead of meals and dont full your stomach ,avoid foods with strond oder ,avoid spicy food, you can have later hot drinks.
if this didnt work out you have to go for a hospital coz it lead to problems for you and your baby if it is sever

I'm not really sure to be honest with you. but i would drink alot of fluids. like water, and stay off your feet, rest. and call your doctor, as soon as possible. and find out. don't take any kind of prescription unless the doctor tells you too. hope you feel better.
