If it was bought from a watch store or jeweller's go there. The high price they charge for watches includes sizing.
If it was bought from a box shifter or mail order store, then you can get it done at a price of perhaps $10 to $20 -- remember that after Christmas there are thousands of people wanting it done, so don't look for any favours.
Bulova like to think they're a little bit upmarket, so don't spoil a nice bracelet if you don't know what you're doing.
Have a look at

to identify the sort of bracelet you have.
If it's the sort in

and you already have a jeweller's screwdriver ( the only tool required in this instance to ease the link out) then unless you're extraordianarily clumsy you can easily do it yourself, otherwise you should probably just fork out the money if necessary.

Almost every metal watch band has some type of pin that must be removed. It is either removed by inserting a heavy needle in a hole on the band edge or a recessed spot on the back of the band. There is usually an arrow imprinted on the band indicating which way to slide the pin. When it is a pin I place the band on a comb and lightly tap the top of the pin. It will lower between the tines of the comb for easy removal.

Take it to the jeweler. They will usually do this free of charge or for a minimal fee.
