Sounds like a good deal. A few things to consider:
- what kinda basketball cards? NBA? college? some euro league? promos?
- condition of the packs(if for your collection). check if tampered, bundled with bands, etc.
- number of cards in a pack
- the manufacturer & product authenticity
- check the design or sample card. If the card looks like #$%()%, then i rather save my $19.19

... just my 2 cents.

Well it depends on how many cards are in a pack. If there are 10 cards in a pack then buy 22 packs for 19.19. And it's your choice to buy them or not.

Let's put it this way, the most a common is worth is 10 cents so therefore in order to break assuming that they are all commons you would need 192 cards. But odds are you will get atleast one rare so I would say if you really want to. But don't waste too much money on them. With cards you have to know when to sell high, like Marbury for the first two years were worth it. Better example is Penny Hardaway, his use to be up there, but now are all commons.

It is very much worth it, the averge pack of basketball cards with about ten in each pack costs from $1.50 to $3.00 and here you are getting them for under a dollar each.
