I imagine life after death as a world with no pollution, no wars, no poverty, no starvation, where everything is harmonious.
Definately better.

Intelligent question. Yes there is no doubt for every living being life after death. We never die but the body dies. We are eternal spirit souls part and parcel of the Supreme Soul (also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc) We are not these bodies,ie; race, color, religion, nationality, job, intelligence, senses, etc. This world is called Maya or Illusion and is temporary and full of misery. What ever ones consciousness is at the time of death they are sure to attain in their next life. One has to prepare in this life for their next position in the next life. The best thing is to not take birth in the material world again but return to the eternal blissful spiritual abode where there is no more birth, death, old, age or disease. The quickest and easiest way to uncover the veils of illusion and see things as they are and get out of all misery is to chant the Maha Mantra (the great mantra for deliverance from suffering and illusion. go to krishnaculture. for complete details. Read Bhagavad Gita As it is by Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada -for all important questions and the meaning of life. Read Chant and be Happy with George Harrison. (the process is nonsectarian and universal)

Many of us entertain (for want of a better word) the idea of life after death. It is most important here to enjoy the life we currently have and to make the very best of it - the mind boggles far too much when we play "what if". Good question, though.

Life after death depends on the life you're living now. The will mirror each other.

ok, life after death is affirmative, the life after death is eternal either you land in heaven or heaven. Pl. recite the Holy Qura'n as it's the final revelation, from Allah.
Say There is No god worthy of worship except Allah And I bear witness that Muhammad(PBUH) is the final Prophet.
Hope conveyed the message.

there is no life after death. its a good logical reasonning by some of our ancestors to help the society to have a control over ones mind ie crime, sex, disrespect and to instill fear among us so that we can lead a good life in the fear of something worse if we avoid certain rules .

I don't think that anything is worse than the life we are living today, with all its crimes and wars.
