I'll go there if I'm looking for a CD or season of a Television show, or a video game that I can't find some place else but other than that I never shop there.

Didn't shop there at all there this year but my daughter got a gift card from there as a gift from her brother, my son. Did most of my shopping at Meijer and quite a bit at Target. I agree about best Buy's service, though. Seems to me that the employees like to stand around talking to each other rather then helping guests.

I have in the past bought from Best Buy, I always seem to go there for CDs and DVDs...as for their service I've seen it both ways, good and bad. But I reckon they're a tad stressed at the moment what with the after Christmas sales coming up and whatnot. Give them a break, I know what it's like to work in Customer Serivce, and frankly it's sh.it dealing with shitty customers

well...i didnt buy anything from bestbuy but i know i got some stuff for christmas from best buy from other people....

my dad hates it because when he pays for the products he chose they are always like do u want a coupon blah blah blah so now me , my mom, my sis, and especially my dad don't go there anymore
