I hope you still have access to the old account. Open it.
In Yahoo Mail, click Addresses.
click Import Contacts (when you click this, Import/Export will display.)

Scroll down to Export
Choose Yahoo CSV
click Export Now
You will be asked to Open or Save
Choose Save

(Here, I cursor to the left of the given filename and add YahooAddrBk – careful you don’t disturb the displayed name)

Be sure to make a note the filename and where you are saving it. (I do this periodically just to have it in a file.)

Soon it will display “Download Complete”
This CSV file can be imported into Excel, Access, etc.

When you open the new Yahoo account, click Addresses and Import the CSV file.

definite you may. in case you flow into suggestions, the is an option to EXPORT. you may deliver it on your different handle, or keep it on your workstation. Then log into your different account, and click that very same selection and choose IMPORT, and it will flow it on your account.
