It sounds like you want to connect your Wii consoles to share Miis with one another. In order to do this, you need to exchange Wii console numbers and add each other as friends in your Wii address books.

Open your Wii Message Board from the main menu of your Wii. It is the button in the lower right hand corner (with an envelope icon). When you open this, you should have the option to create a memo, read new mail, or open your address book (the tablet on the right hand side).

When you open the address book you will find your Wii console number. Write it down and send it to your friend. Get your friend's Wii console number and click "Register" on the lower right hand corner. Enter their Wii console number, give them a nickname, and wait for them to do the same.

Once both of you have registered each other as friends, you will be able to send Miis to one another and if you set your Miis to mingle (in your Mii creation setup menu) they will appear in each others' Mii Parades.

So what about sharing Miis with other people? Well, first you need to connect with other Wii owners to share Wii console codes. The Nintendo NSider Forums are a good place to connect with other Wii owners, however they do not allow you to post your Wii console number and nickname in the forums. You can make friends with one another and then privately message your codes to each other.

There are other communities sprouting up for sharing Wii console numbers as well. Wii Together is one, and Map Wii is another -- allowing Wii owners to map their Wii's using a hack of Google Maps

In addition, a group has formed on Flickr dedicated to sharing photos of people playing the Wii -- which has in turn spawned an exchange of Wii console codes.
