To learn the stories of those, go to the Mythological section of your book store. To learn how modern day people view them, go to the New Age section.

there is a set of books called "The Gods" and a second individual book called "The Godesses". It's more of a reference piece, but it does list a compilation of the different names of different gods and goddesses in a cross reference.
Simular to a baby name book using only gods and goddesses names. There is a bit of compendium within the books for more of the higher elevated gods and goddesses, but really it is for the odd or popular ones.
If you have a specific location of pantheon you are wishing to learn more about, I would look into a publication that specifies that agenda. Lwellyn Publications publishes quite a bit of New Age and Pagan literature. Perhaps you might beable to find their website on a google search.
