I've successfully blended lobster and crab in a Le Creuset pot before. Seafood chowder is excellent.

sorry they're different species. A lobster is an arachnid and a crab is a crustacean. I don't think that could happen but some scientists disagree.

Actually , this combination does blend very well indeed ! With the right light cream sauce and spices you may just have yourself a winner !
