i got an ipod and i hooked it to the computer to itunes and it put every song off of itunes onto it and sum of the songs my dad had downloaded and i dont like the songs. now the songs are on there. and my ipod is almost dead and i was gonna charge it but it isnt hookin up to itunes. how do u get it to

Hook up your iPod to your computer, open iTunes, right click on your iPod and open it [ http://i10.tinypic.com/2lu3m2x.jpg ]. Your iPod playlist should pop up [ http://i17.tinypic.com/490e4go.jpg ], then you can manually remove songs (click on the song and press Delete on your keyboard).

If you iPod is "almost dead," you have to let it charge for a few minutes before you can do anything.

The only way is to delete or deselect the songs on iTunes then connect your iPod and update it.

set your ipod to manual control not automatic and then right-click on the songs on your ipod you don't want and click delete.
