I spend my relaxing hours reading, writing and contemplating the meaning of life.
The Words of God and the teachings of Jesus Christ.
The archaeological digs in the Middle East also hold a fascination for me.
I concentrate on trying to be a positive influence on those that I come in contact with and to leaving this world, or my small part of it a better place for my having been here.

I write songs, play guitar & sing. I also paint. You have to do things that you enjoy. It's different for everyone. I love watching movies too. A good movie is a vacation from your life for a couple of hours. You get wrapped up in the world on the screen. It's a fun escape.

I like to walk and run, I actually do it every morning before getting to work. Its very good because you feel energetic.
