I would guess that Hilary Duff triumphs over Hailey Duff and I would guess that Ashlee Simpson defeats Jessica Simpson.
Oh how much fun it would be to find out which of these ladies are the most ticklish (and most fun to tickle) first hand!
Since I am not a girl, I cannot answer the last art of your question but I love tickle fights with ladies anyway! (And I usually let them win because I love to be ticked by ladies!)

well....it is a damn excellent ques....first of all i think u are askin this ques becoz PERHAPS u have sis(s) at home experience the tickle fights......as per ur ques abt hilary and haylie and simpsons .i think none of them wud win ....coz both sis have lots of attitude and they r bold and have guts to shw eachother down.

CELEBS do not interest me but my three sisters and I used to tickle fight and pillow fight. What fun! I usually won because I am not ticklish on my side or stomach or feet.
