Why is episode number 27 "The Stranded" missing from the third season DVD of Seinfeld?

The episode was originally produced for the second season; however, due to the 1991 Invasion of Iraq (and subsequent media coverage), the episode was postponed until November. When this episode originally aired, it was preceeded by a brief introduction in which Jerry explained to the viewers that this episode was produced for Season 2, thus, George is still working in the real estate business.

I do not know why it is missing except that it was when Jerry and Elaine were stranded by George at this dinner party to sleep with a woman he worked with in the real estate part of his life.

Was that the one when Susan died after licking that envelope? If so, they got rid of that episode because of Anthrax.
