Have two of the teams play each other. The loosing team then plays the remaining team. The winner of that match plays the winner of the first match. The winning team of that match is the over all winner.

Play a round robin, where each team plays each other and award three points for a victory, 1 point for a tie and 0 points for a loss. At the end, the team with the most points wins. In case of a tie after the games, the teams with the best goal average (goals scored minus goals allowed) can give the tiebreaker.

Depends on how many days how many matches you can have.
If you have time play a season each team plays the other 3-6 times.
If it's a one day event the previous answer is the best.

This is like the Amsterdam tournament rules. We called it "Half Tournament".

Each team wiil meet other team. You need a table for counting the result point. 3 points for each winning match, 1 for draw one. 0 for loser. If in the end of tournament, two teams has earn the same point, it winning will be decided by how many goals the score.

Good Luck
