Yes! there are people all over the world who celebrate Christmas for spiritual (some places we veiw ask traditionally Islamic countries like Pakistan, Indonesia, etc have Christian populations that make up to 30%.)and familial reasons. Lets not forget most people (even in "Christian" countries) in the world don't practice Christmas as a spiritual holiday. Really most people who celebrate Christmas worldwide probably don't even go to church on Christmas let alone any other time of the year.

If you want to know where Santa goes NORAD (North American Air Defense) tracks him every year here is a map of the world with and Santa tracked and the time he was there http://www.noradsanta.org/en/map/index.php
The blue Squares have video from the Santa Cam.

Santa Claus might deliver toys to Christian kids living in Muslim countries (there are, you know!) since Christmas IS a Christian holiday (although it originally was more about the birth of Christ than the exchange of presents or loot brought by a "jolly old elf" who "lives" at the North Pole).
Happy Holidays! (That covers a LOT of ground!)

I think he did make a stop last night there but I can't remember. I was at work (I'm here again actually...) and I was tracking him on NORAD.
