the truth is bawang merah learn magic from his lost relative. Go planewalking all over multiverse.
Last time i heard she particapated in the blood war against the forces of abyss.
Seriously this story has more magic than most fantasy movie/novel. Near the end they practically resorted to pull stuff out of thin air to lengthen the series. If you willing to waste your considerable time i recommend this series greatly.
if you want less magic and less story. Try lord of the ring. That the truth!!!

in the end bwang putih married ferdi...bawang merah was caught by the police because she murdered andre in attempted to kill bwg putih...andre died protecting bwg putih..bwang merah's mother become crazy because of her obsessed in money
