Having moved 3 times (3 different countries) in the last 4 years, all for my job, my biggest concerns have been: 1) can i afford the new area and have the same lifestyle I had before; 2) if no to #1, does the new area offer things the old did not which will enhance my life. 3) can i find an house close to activities I am interested in so I can make friends quickly. 4) can i find a house in a place/ neighbourhood that has people my age, etc.
I have had issues with not speaking the language in a country, which brings a whole bunch of other concerns.

Will I like it? Will I be able to make friends right away? Is the weather nicer? Are the neighbors nice?
