As children we are somewhat innocent. We develop envy from our association with others. Envy is an unwanted quality. The whole reason why we are in the material world (Maya, illusion) is because we envied Gods position. So He said knock yourself out . Just try to be Me. There is no hate or envy in the Spiritual abode so as soon as one thinks they want to be like God they fall here. I'm going to guess:
1. you're taller
2. your skin cleared up
3. you stopped stuttering
4. you're finally big enough to play sports
5. you changed neighborhoods, and now that you're the new guy girls are watching you.
6. You found some confidence somewhere.
I really don't know buddy, just be glad you have it. Although i have to say, high school popularity is nowhere near as cool as college popularity, and nowhere near as profitable as business popularity. Keep the streak going.
