If you watch the show, at the end the narator says "Welcome Christmas while we stand heart to heart and hand in had......etc, that is the "Who's" laguage translated. So what they are saying is what the narator says just in a different laguage, and by the way the laguage is not real it was created by Dr. Suess.

I have no idea what Fa Who Foraze Da Who Doraze means. I guess it's just to sound like Dr. Seuss, who's a genius at making fake words sound like they could be real.

I'm pretty sure that it isn't an actual language, but it's funny sounding for sure.
