If you want something really mean though...well, how old is she? If she's got a car, you should cover it in toilet paper before a night where the temperature is going to freeze. Cover her car in toilet paper, especially around the doors.
Some friends and I did that to this guy, and he had the worst time getting it off. It works, and it is so hard to get off. Plus, totally untracable!!

Put a turkey carcass on her porch. Inside the cavity of the carcass, stuff an old pair of men's tightie whities that has chocolate frosting smeared on them.
