Where can i go 2 install a mp3 player i just got???

I just got an mp3 player 4 x-mas and it is coby mpC_827 and i wanna know where i can go to install it i went to cobyusa.com before but it won't let me, where shoould i go??? plz help

It should of came with software you install and it will download the music and software.
